BrokerDost is a Nbytech LLP product. It started in 2025 as an experiment: could we automate the ugliest, messiest, most-WhatsApp-glued part of Indian SMB life — real estate brokerage?
We talked to 154 brokers across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Jaipur, and Hyderabad. They all said the same thing: "I lose deals not because I'm bad at sales, but because I'm bad at tracking."
Two leads forgotten in WhatsApp. A site-visit confirmation that never went out. A buyer's payment milestone that triggered nothing in the brokerage tracker. ₹3 L slipping every quarter — quietly.
