How do I sign up?
Visit brokerdost.ai/register, fill your details, and tick the WhatsApp consent if you want our welcome message + tips on WhatsApp. You can log in via email + password OR phone + OTP (no password needed).
What plans are available?
Free (₹0, 20 leads/mo), Growth (₹6,249/mo, 500 leads), Pro (₹16,249/mo, 2,500 leads), Enterprise (custom). See /pricing for the full feature breakdown.
How do I log in without a password?
On the login page, click the 'Phone + WhatsApp OTP' tab. Enter your number, click 'Send OTP'. You'll receive a 6-digit code on WhatsApp. Enter it and you're in.
🏢 Inventory & projects
How do I add a new project to my inventory?
Go to Inventory in the left sidebar, click 'Add project', fill in name, location, BHK variants, pricing. Add photos (drag-and-drop). RERA number unlocks automatic compliance scanning.
What is RERA Shield?
It auto-checks every property post against 18 RERA marketing rules — RERA number present, no guaranteed-returns claims, carpet-area vs super-built-up disclosure, etc. Posts scoring below 70 are blocked until you fix flagged issues.
Can I edit a project after adding?
Yes — click any project card in Inventory to open the edit view. All fields are editable including photos.
📱 Leads & WhatsApp
How do I capture a WhatsApp lead?
Leads from WhatsApp click-to-chat ads (CTWA) are captured automatically. For manual leads: Leads tab → Add lead → fill name + phone + project of interest.
How does auto-scoring work?
Every inbound lead is scored hot/warm/cold based on keywords, urgency cues, budget mentions, and source quality. Score appears as a badge on the lead row.
How do I send a WhatsApp message to a lead?
Open the lead, click 'Send message'. Choose a template (welcome, follow-up, slot offer) or write freeform within the 24-hour conversation window.
✍️ AI content generation
How do I generate Instagram content?
Go to Content tab → click 'Generate'. Choose your project (or 'platform marketing' for BrokerDost-promotion content), pick platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), set tone. Agent 1 writes captions + hashtags + image prompts in seconds.
Are images auto-generated?
Yes! After Agent 1 writes the caption + image prompt, our image AI generates a matching 1080×1080 visual within 30-60 seconds. You'll see the image appear in the Content tab once ready.
Can I edit before posting?
Yes — every generated post is a draft. Click to edit caption, hashtags, image prompt. Then 'Schedule' or 'Publish now'.
📊 Deals & Brokerage P&L
How do I track a deal?
From a lead, click 'Convert to deal'. Set property, sale value, brokerage %. Update phase as it progresses (booking → registration → token → final). Brokerage P&L cockpit updates in real-time.
How does the brokerage P&L work?
Each deal goes through phases — when 20% buyer payment is in, 50% of your brokerage becomes eligible. The cockpit shows what's earned, what's pending, what's at-risk.
How do I generate a GST invoice?
From any deal, click 'Generate invoice'. Confirm bill-to details and amount. PDF generates with your GSTIN; one-click send via WhatsApp + email.
📅 Site visits
How do I schedule a site visit?
From a lead or deal, click 'Schedule visit'. AI suggests 3 best slots; the buyer picks one via WhatsApp. Visit appears on your calendar with auto-reminders the day before + 1 hour before.
What happens after the visit?
Auto-debrief via WhatsApp asks the buyer for their reaction. The response is logged on the deal + visit moves to 'Completed'. Hot reactions trigger your closer for a follow-up.
👥 Team management
How do I invite a team member?
Settings → Team → Invite. Email goes out with a join link. Once they sign up, they appear in your roster.
What permissions can I set?
Owner (full access), Admin (everything except billing), Manager (assigned projects only), Sales (their own leads + deals). Configurable per member.
How is performance tracked?
Performance tab shows a live leaderboard: who's converting, who's hot, who needs coaching. Filter by week/month/quarter.
💳 Billing & plan changes
How do I upgrade my plan?
Settings → Billing → Choose plan. Pay via Razorpay or Cashfree (UPI, card, netbanking). Plan activates instantly + auto-bills monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the current billing period ends. Pro-rata refund available per our /refund policy.
Where's my invoice?
Settings → Billing → Invoices. Every payment generates a GST invoice (GSTIN 24AATFN1092N1ZP) downloadable as PDF.
🛡️ Privacy & opt-out
How do I stop WhatsApp messages from BrokerDost?
Reply 'STOP', 'UNSUBSCRIBE', 'BAND KARO', or 'MAT BHEJO' to any of our WhatsApp messages. You'll be opted out instantly. Or toggle off in Settings → WhatsApp messaging.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account → confirm with the phrase 'DELETE MY ACCOUNT'. Your data is purged within 30 days per India DPDP Act 2023.
Where can I read the privacy policy?
Full policy at /privacy. Section 7 covers WhatsApp opt-in/STOP, DPDP rights, and data retention.
