Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
BrokerDost is a SaaS subscription service operated by NBY Tech Solutions LLP. We want our customers to be satisfied. If the Service does not meet your needs, this policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
2. Subscription Plans — 7-Day Refund Window

After the 7-day window (30 days for annual plans), no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then.
3. One-Time Add-Ons (Non-Refundable)
The following are non-refundable once delivered:
- Custom voice clone setup fees
- Virtual staging image packs
- Additional Exotel DID provisioning fees
- Per-message WhatsApp template fees (charged at cost)
- EMI card image generation usage
If a service fails to deliver due to a technical fault on our side, we will either re-run the service or issue a credit at our discretion.
4. Pass-Through Costs
Some costs are passed through from third-party providers and are not refundable after we have incurred them on your behalf:
- Razorpay payment processing fees
- Meta WhatsApp conversation fees
- Sarvam, ElevenLabs, Anthropic, OpenAI, Xiaomi MiMo inference costs
- Exotel call charges
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email ashish@nebex.in with subject "Refund Request — [Your Razorpay Order ID]"
- Include the email address registered on the BrokerDost account and a brief reason
- We will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay
6. How to Cancel
- Cancel directly from your dashboard: Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Or email ashish@nebex.in with subject "Cancel Subscription"
- We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours
- You retain full access until the end of the current billing cycle
- Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation; you can export it anytime in this window
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly. Wrongful chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery action.
